Ok so I am fully aware of the delay on this blog and I am only now taking the time to blog so that I can put off a more pressing task .... packing
So this has been a crazy summer.
June:
Duke and I had the college weekend,
The kids ran summer track with their Speed and Agility coach Chase. He does it for fun with the kids and does not add any additional workouts. Well the kids did great Reid ran the 50, 100 and 200 and took first in them all, Dale did the 50, 100 and 200 a couple times and was either 1,2,3, and Macy did the 50 and 100, and also had 1,2, 3 placings. They had alot of fun, and got a little exercise too.
The kids also took in a week of camp at Mo-Ranch in Kerrville and LOVED it. The did horses, ropes, archery, canoeing, and swam a ton.... all want to go back next year.
Another huge development is that we are moving back to San Antonio, and told the kids in June after camp.
JULY:
SO all of July was basically spent on the computer or in San Antonio finding a house. We hit a record of seeing my folks 4 weekends in a row ... but we managed to find a house we love, and will love to live in. So next step was finding a football team for the boys and we did that too. We also worked out with our football teams here just in case we did not find a home and were delayed in moving.
So my life is consumed by packing once again and hopefully this move will be semi permanent. And we have decided that if it does not fit in this house it goes away so if you are the lucky person standing there you may get a hook up. Why is it that stuff multiples when you have to stick it in a box....
August is quickly upon us and we will be leaving for our Disney Alaska Cruise. Which I am sooo excited for, it will be my first cruise and to somewhere I really want to go and its Disney and their customer service ROCKS.
Upon return Duke has surgery for a pea size polyp on his ear drum and 4 days later we close on the new house and move there. Sadly Duke will be staying in the valley to clean up ends and come up in Sept hopefully. And life will be crazy chaotic normal again.
And then school begins on the 22.... dang summer went fast this year.
